TEI’s Acquisition department is responsible for acquiring existing residential, retail, industrial and garage properties as well as vacant land for future developments. The acquisition team works with brokers who are encouraged to submit properties that meet the acquisition criteria for review. To see the acquisition criteria, follow our links below.
Once a property that meets TEI’s criteria and standards is acquired, development is generally the natural next step. Whether it is a change in use, rezoning, building or rebuilding, conversion of form of ownership, subdivision or targeting a different type of tenancy and selling out our lease-up, our Development team implements the strategy articulated by the Acquisitions department and approved by the Chairman and President.
Seven residential buildings were recently completed in the King West Fashion District neighborhood of Toronto, Ontario.
