Time Equities, Inc. has been designated by the New York City Economic Development Corporation to acquire and rehabilitate two industrial loft properties on the Brooklyn waterfront. Part of the Bush Terminal complex, these two structures, totaling 400,000 SF, have been home to industrial businesses for almost a century. Time Equities will continue this tradition, while providing tenants with upgraded space that will be subdivided to appeal to smaller users.
